Overview

Guava operates a white-label rewards platform for publishers, associations, and membership organizations ("Operators"). This policy explains what information we collect from Operators and readers, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Operator account and billing details submitted when booking a demo or signing a contract.
• Reader-level engagement events (opens, clicks, redemptions) generated from the rewards block.
• Basic device and log data required to secure and operate our services.

How we use it

We use information to deliver merchant-funded rewards, measure engagement, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell reader personal data.

Sharing

We share aggregated redemption data with participating merchants strictly for payout, reconciliation, and program integrity purposes. We do not share individually identifiable reader data with merchants unless the reader initiates a transaction with them.

Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Operators may request deletion of their organization's data at any time.
